Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you missed this window, you can return the item for a refund once you receive it.
Where do you ship from?
All Evoke products are stocked and securely shipped directly from our primary fulfillment center in Hong Kong. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and ensure the latest product batches are delivered straight to your door.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your specific location due to courier restrictions, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1 business day from the order date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may take slightly longer.
